RightInbox Review - Track Emails Easily

04:17 By , , , 3 comments

So, why track your mails ? Suppose you sent an important or urgent email to someone and now all you can do is to sit back and wait :( But when you track the email, you will be easily informed whether your mail is opened or not. Not only this it has other features that you starve for :P . RightInbox is what I am talking about. Read the RightInbox Review :)

RightInbox Review

What is RightInbox ?

Well, it is a browser extension available for Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari. It integrates with Gmail and allows you to track the sent mails. The features of it made me write a RightInbox Review.

Now you must be thinking why to add an an extension when we have it in Outlook. But it is impossible without an action from the receiver if he ignores it.Other way is to add HTML scripts which are a mess !

Features

What are the features that makes RightInbox stand out from others ?

  • Schedule - Schedule your emails with one click
  • Any Time - Deliver messages anytime or any date
  • Light - Extremely light extension specially designed for Gmail users
  • Email Reminders - Reminds you of important discussions
  • Click Tracking - Informs if the reader has opened your link
  • Tracking - Track emails with details
Above details were listed out from the RightInbox Homepage

Start Tracking with RightInbox !

First of all visit the RightInbox Homepage[click here], and click install.  As I said above it is only available for Chrome, safari and Firefox !

Now click Add to add it to your browser(in my case its Chrome).

Open Gmail and it will automatically get integrated with a final click.

Click COMPOSE >> Write your email >> select Track or Schedule with Reminder and finally send it !
As soon as the recipient opens your message you will receive a notification with details like from where it was opened and time opened.

Tracking an email was never so easy !

Is it free ?

Yes it is free !

Umm.... but the version restricts your usage to only 10 emails per month (that ain't too bad). There are other versions where there are no restrictions! It starts with $3.95/month.

Video Guide

Watch out the video guide if you can't figure out what I wrote above :) Watch Video !

Last Note !

RightInbox is a lightweight extension with scheduling , tracking and reminding features available for 3 browsers. All I would say is "Try This Out". If you want further help Contact The Support Team.

This would be very helpful as making sure emails come out on time and is delivered is very important.
